At Lamer Baby Carriers, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your carrier isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Place the carrier back in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box.

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
